Security Officer Patrol

Position: Security Officer Full Time Patrol
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel environment;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to hotel management and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, corridors, guest-facing areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter, helping to identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns;
Monitor entrances, common areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized access, support access control expectations, and document security-related observations;
Assist with reporting and documentation of incidents, policy violations, and/or disturbances, while communicating professionally with guests, staff, and supervisors
