HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions, including identifying faulty components and determining repair or replacement needs.
• Repairs and Maintenance: Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, such as replacing faulty parts, cleaning coils, and calibrating equipment.
• Installation: Install new HVAC systems, including components like furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and duct work.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, explaining technical issues in easy-to-understand terms, and providing excellent customer service.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including proper handling of refrigerants and electrical equipment.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed, including service reports and inventory logs.

Hourly Rate:

• $22 - $45/hour
• We also offer commission pay up to $65/hour

  Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation techniques.
• Licensing: Valid state-specific HVAC license, if required.
