Mosquito Technician

Overview

The Seasonal Mosquito Technician is responsible for performing routine mosquito control treatments at customer homes throughout the mosquito season, delivering consistent, high‑quality exterior treatments and providing a professional and positive customer experience. This on‑site role reports to the Round Rock, Texas branch.

• Perform scheduled mosquito control treatments at residential customer locations according to company procedures and training.
• Apply mosquito control products safely and effectively to exterior areas of customer properties.
• Follow daily routes and service schedules assigned.
• Provide courteous, professional interactions with customers and address basic service‑related questions.
• Maintain accurate service records, service tickets, and system entries, submitting all documentation on time.
• Conduct daily check‑outs with management as required before completing the final stop of the day.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑functioning company vehicle in accordance with company standards.
• Attend required meetings and complete all assigned training, including Pest Web Training.

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license, as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role. Driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards.
• Earn and maintain state‑required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Competitive hourly base pay range of $17–$19 per hour, with additional compensation opportunities.

Employees must meet the following physical requirements to effectively carry out the essential duties of this job.

• Walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces such as basements, attics, and other constraints.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting.
• Clear vision for both close and distant tasks, with adjustable focus.
• Stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and manage repetitive motions.
• Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear is required.
• Moderate noise level in the work environment.
