Keil Electric is hiring a licensed Journeyman or Wireman Electrician who wants more than a standard electrical role.

This opportunity is designed for electricians who want to increase their income, strengthen their customer-facing skills, and grow into a high-performing sales and installation role within residential electrical service.

Whether you already have experience presenting solutions to homeowners or are looking to transition into the sales side of the trade, we provide the systems, support, and training to help you grow.

Many electricians join us as installers first while learning our service process, diagnostics, and customer communication model. The long-term goal is to develop into a high-performing service and sales electrician with strong earning potential.

• Diagnose residential electrical issues and recommend safe, code-compliant solutions
• Perform installations, repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting for homeowners
• Assist with panel upgrades, service changes, rewires, lighting, troubleshooting, and related electrical work
• Ensure all work is completed safely and meets quality standards

• Meet directly with homeowners to explain electrical issues and available solutions
• Learn how to present repair and upgrade options professionally and ethically
• Build confidence in customer communication and consultative selling
• Transition into a stronger sales-focused role as training progresses

• Maintain professionalism from first appointment through project completion
• Educate homeowners in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Represent Keil Electric with integrity, professionalism, and strong workmanship

• Active Journeyman or Wireman Electrician License
• Minimum 2+ years of electrical experience with licensing
• Strong residential electrical troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Must own standard electrician hand tools
• Comfortable working directly with homeowners

• Previous home service, construction, or trade sales experience
• Residential service electrician experience
• Experience discussing repair options or upgrades with customers
• Leadership or crew experience is a plus

• $100,000 - $250,000+ annual earning potential
• Performance-based compensation with uncapped income opportunity
