Responsibilities

Airco is looking for technicians with experience in any of the following:

  • Possess hands on skills and knowledge to complete required repairs and maintenance on a variety of chiller manufacturers, cooling towers, pumps, motors, and HVAC systems using industry standard tools and in accordance with all codes, laws, and regulations
  • Water source heat pumps and evaporative condensers
  • Data center environmental equipment
  • Understanding of basic HVAC controls and VFD’s
  • Air handling equipment including VAV systems typically found in larger commercial systems
  • Performing preventative maintenance on hydronic cooling & heating systems
  • Pump and motor alignments
  • OEM CERTIFICATIONS ARE A PLUS
  • OEM EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS
Qualifications

Education, Experience, and/or Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • High School or Trade School Graduate or GED
  • EPA Universal license
  • At least 3 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience
  • Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record
