Overview

Installation Foreman – Lead Nationwide Mobile Crews for Precision Metal Installations

• Lead and mentor a specialized crew of 4 in the fabrication and installation of complex metal assemblies and custom kennel projects.
• Manage nationwide installation projects ranging from short-term sites to multi-week regional builds.
• Oversee on-site safety and quality control to ensure every installation meets our standard for durability.
• Coordinate logistics and material handling while traveling to ensure continuous project execution.
• Execute hands-on fabrication and assembly of miscellaneous metals, including railings, shade structures, and custom kennels.
• Communicate daily progress and site obstacles to the Project Management team to maintain timelines.
• Operate company-provided vehicles safely across various states and maintain equipment care.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in metal installation, construction, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading field crews and managing on-site logistics.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for durations ranging from a few days to 3 weeks at a time.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical installation guides.
• Clean driving record and the ability to operate company trucks and trailers.

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Active Welding Certifications.
• Experience with stainless steel fabrication or specialized kennel systems.
• High School Diploma or GED.
