• Inspect various types of portable fire extinguishers, emergency and exit lights.
• Service fire extinguishers, emergency and exit lights requiring maintenance.
• Ensure customers understand the products and systems maintained on their property.
• Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Follow all safety regulations and practices.
• Maintain an open-minded attitude towards continual learning.
• Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by management.

• Inspect and service portable fire extinguishers, emergency, and exit lights.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

• FEL-B license issued by the Texas State Fire Marshal’s Office.
• Pass drug and background screenings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet state licensing and vendor certification requirements.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.

• Experience in Fire Life Safety.
• Fire extinguisher vendor certifications.

• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Effective use of cell phones and apps.
• Lift and carry at least 50 lbs., push and pull over 75 lbs.
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, temperature changes, and noise.
