Auto Body Technician – 4‑5 years minimum collision auto body repair experience required.
- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
- Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
- Use cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers to repair vehicle sections.
- Hammers out dents, dimples, and other minor body damage when possible; mix and apply filler resins when other methods are not feasible.
- Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
- Remove damaged sections of vehicles and replace them with new or aftermarket parts.
- Replace or repair glass and windshields as needed.
- Replace or repair interior parts as needed.
- Weld and otherwise attach or fit parts into place.
- Prepare and repaint vehicles with factory‑specified paint or an agreed‑upon equivalent.
- Attempt to complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
- Ensure all work has been executed correctly by inspecting vehicles after repair.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of a technical school program or a three‑year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision; ability to collaborate with other repairers; thorough understanding of vehicle body repair methods, procedures, and trade tools.
Other Requirements- Must work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.
- Must lift up to 30 pounds at times.
- Must visually inspect vehicle damage in a variety of weather conditions.
- Must bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.

Pay ranges from $90,000 to $150,000 plus flat‑rate hourly pay. Compensation is commensurate with location, skill, education, and experience. In the event that total compensation in a pay period is less than minimum wage, clocked hours will be calculated with a guarantee of the applicable local or state minimum wage, whichever is greater. This position may also be eligible for bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
