• Commercial electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs aligned with NEC, local codes, and project specifications
• Blueprint and schematic reading to plan conduit paths, wire pulls, and device placement
• Setting and terminating panels, switch gear, transformers, and associated equipment
• Electrical testing, troubleshooting, and inspections to verify performance
• Leading apprentices with clear instruction and safety coaching
• Hitting timelines with precision and quality
• Coordinating daily with foremen, supervisors, and allied trades
• Driving OSHA and site safety compliance
• Flagging material needs and shortages to keep jobs moving
• Maintaining tools and an orderly work area

• Valid State of Texas Journeyman Electrical License
• 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience
• 1+ year serving as a Journeyman/Leadman
• Able to pass a background check and a drug screening

Hourly range: $35–$42. The exact offer is based on your experience, education, certifications, and relative seniority; offers are not assured at the top of the range.
