• Valid School Psychologist certification in Texas or eligibility for licensure
• Experience with psycho educational assessments and testing
• Knowledge of MTSS frameworks and evaluation processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Organization and adaptability when working across multiple campuses or with diverse student populations
• Enthusiasm for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive support plans

• Conduct and interpret psycho educational assessments for students referred through the MTSS process
• Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
• Collaborate with educators and families to implement school‑wide interventions
• Maintain documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Offer guidance on behavioral and academic interventions
