Our clienthas an immediate need for a Senior .Net superstar to support and direct application development objectives in a leadership capacity.
Job Description- Provide software development, guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, design patterns, and tools.
- Designs and develops highly complex technology solutions.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, modifications and unit of software solutions.
- Ensures compliance with technical standards and consistency with long term architecture plans.
- Develop new documentation, process flows, mock‑ups, and interface and class model documents.
- Develop documentation standards, procedures and approval hierarchies.
- Provide technical leadership and decision support to less experienced staff.
- Provide quality/development leadership, coach and mentor team members.
- Coordinates and facilitates Agile team activities (Grooming, Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- 4 year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or relational functional field)
- 5+ years of direct experience with web based Microsoft software development.
- Experience in leading and managing quality deliverables for project(s).
- Strong knowledge of design patterns and development methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Software development methodology.
- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross function team.
- Ability to coach and train lower level Programmers.
- Strong experience with .NET development standards and patterns (OOP, N‑Tier Architecture, Web Services, MVVM, MVC)
Pay
Compensation is top of the Market. Position benefit package includes medical, dental, vision and 401K.
