• Design, develop, test, debug, and document software solutions in accordance with quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of enterprise caching services, including Redis and related distributed caching technologies.
• Execute planned maintenance activities such as patching, upgrades, and capacity adjustments to ensure system reliability.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with engineering, application, and infrastructure teams to optimize caching services for performance, scalability, and availability.

• Experience in designing and maintaining enterprise caching solutions, including Redis and distributed caching technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development, testing, and deployment processes.
