Valid Class C Driver’s License required.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license. Texas residents must obtain a Texas license within 90 days of residing in the state.

• Know and demonstrate the Company Mission Statement and Core Values daily.
• Maintain uniform standards, as detailed in the Employee Manual, for all worked hours.
• Maintain a clear driving record and follow safe driving practices and speeds.
• Keep the vehicle neat and orderly; move supplies and equipment for efficient storage.
• Receive, verify, and document contents of all shipments; note variances and damaged products.
• Return damaged products and TABC tax stamps; maintain route sheet after each stop.
• Ensure compliance with standardized filing system for store‑to‑store transfer paperwork and pickups.
• Assist with unloading as needed.
• Receive payment for deliveries and verify amounts accurately.
• Inform manager of inventory issues or invoice discrepancies encountered on route.
• Provide feedback to management regarding delivery vehicle issues.
• Carry out management directives efficiently.
• Fulfill responsibilities with care and attention to detail.
• Practice teamwork, cooperation, and create professional relationships with customers.
• Provide superb customer service.
• Manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle stress in a fast‑paced environment.
• Work in accordance with safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA.
• Communicate with team members and guests; understand invoices, products, payment methods, and signage.
• Operate industrial machines to move pallets up to 2400pounds.
• Other projects or job duties as assigned by management.
• Attendance and timeliness are required; this is not a remote position.

Education or

Experience:

Minimum 1–2 years of driving experience; high school diploma or GED preferred.

Language

Skills:

Read, comprehend, and write simple instructions; speak and communicate with coworkers and guests. Bilingual is a plus.

Mathematical

Skills:

Ability to perform basic arithmetic without a calculator; counting skills are an asset.

Attitudinal and Personal

Skills:

Responsible, reliable, and self‑starter with a strong work ethic; friendly, outgoing, and patient; ability to manage stress.

Hours:

Full time, typically 40hours per week. Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday and 80% or more of all shifts each week. Part‑time work up to 25hours per week is possible.

Certificates and Licenses:
Valid Class

C Driver’s License.

Physical Demands:
Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching; lifting up to 50pounds and occasionally up to 100pounds; ability to operate an industrial machine to move pallets up to 2400pounds; good vision.

Drive in all types of weather; moderate to loud noise levels.
