Valet Trash by Fetch is seeking a Part-Time Field Support Associate to provide hands‑on, non‑supervisory field support for communities using our Valet Trash Service. This role exists to support contractor‑based operations and acts as a flexible extension of the operations team in handling audits, inventory needs, verification tasks, and short‑term field assistance during high‑volume or disruption periods.

• Conduct field audits to verify service quality, safety compliance, and site conditions.
• Perform inventory‑related tasks:
  • Equipment condition checks
  • Inventory replenishment
  • Lockbox and fob replacement
  • Coordination of minor equipment repair
  • Provide compactor and dumpster assistance when access, overflow, or blockage issues occur
• Support service verification efforts, including observational evaluation of contractor performance.
• Assist with temporary service window coverage or on‑site operational support during high‑demand events.
• Document findings clearly and submit reports to Valet Trash Operations.

• Willingness to drive and perform hands‑on, physical field work within a metro area.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to document observations accurately.
• Reliable open‑bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer, which is required.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 70 lbs as required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

• Local market travel between communities is required.
• Approved work‑related mileage is reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
• No expectation of regional or multi‑market travel.

$23 – $23 an hour
