Operations Associate

We are looking for a motivated Operations Associate to enhance our operations team. Candidates should possess a post-secondary education in Finance or E-Commerce and be skilled in Excel. Daily responsibilities include processing mutual fund transactions, executing trades, and ensuring compliance through meticulous document reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute mutual fund trades accurately and efficiently

• Review financial documentation for compliance and completeness

• Perform quality control checks to uphold data integrity

• Support cash movement activities, including EFTs and wires

• Assist in reconciliation and accounting for investment accounts

Requirements:

• Previous experience in data entry or financial operations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Familiarity with EFT and wire transfer processes

• Post-secondary education in Finance, Business, or E-Commerce
