Rowland Unified School District is seeking a Chief of Student Success and Support who is a dedicated, collaborative, thoughtful, dynamic, and experienced school administrator. Rowland Unified serves a diverse, multilingual student community. Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin is preferred but not required.

- Collaborate with staff, students, and parents to lead the school to meet the needs of all students
- Work with parents, staff, and school-related organizations in promoting positive school-community relations
- Communicate and collaborate with district leadership and with outside agencies to promote a successful program
- Motivate and encourage staff to continue to grow as professionals
