Position Overview:

We’re currently seeking Call Center Representatives to join our growing team. This is not a sales role, it’s about building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping homeowners schedule the services they need.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming calls and assist potential customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and provide information about our services
• Accurately input data and customer details into our systems
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences
• Work collaboratively with teammates to support daily operations

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
• A professional, upbeat phone presence
• High energy, trainable, and positive attitude
• Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Monday
  - Friday 7:30am
  -4:30pm

• Experience with Service Titan
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Forms)
