Schedule:
- M - Th 8am - 5pm || Fri 8am- 1pm

What You’ll Do
As a key member of our team, you will help support smooth, efficient, and comfortable patient care by:
- Greet and check in patients with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and accurately input patient and insurance information
- Collect co-pays, process payments, and balance daily transactions
- Assist with treatment plan presentation and financial arrangements when needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services offered and insurance plans accepted
- Confirm patient appointments and manage the daily schedule to reduce no-shows
- Support compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Squire Dental policies
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Maintain an organized front office environment
- Other duties as it relates to the position
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred:
- Proficiency in dental software systems (Denticon)
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Frequent use of a computer, phone, and standard office equipment
- Ability to sit, stand, and assist patients for extended periods
- Occasional lifting of office supplies or records
