OB​/GYN Hospitalist

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an OB/GYN Hospitalist to join their team in partnership with Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Rockwall, TX. This exciting opportunity involves providing specialized care in a suburban Dallas community featuring a Level III NICU and approximately 1,700 deliveries annually. The role is open to part-time candidates, with five years of experience preferred.

Practice Info

• Collaborate with affiliated, in-house neonatologists and NNPs in a Level III NICU with 1,700 deliveries annually
• Maternal-fetal medicine specialists are available for high-risk pregnancies
• Anesthesiology services in-house, 24/7

Responsibilities

• OB triage and admissions
• Attending deliveries
• Inpatient care
• Seeing unassigned patients and private call coverage
• Covering the OB floor
• Handling ER consults for GYN emergencies
• Performing surgical assists at cesarean sections
• Providing fetal monitoring and emergency response in labor and delivery

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• BC/BE OBGYN
• 5 years' experience preferably for PT consideration
