We are seeking experienced Event Leads / Supervisors for seasonal weekend work! This is a great opportunity to earn extra income while leading fun, family-friendly events across the area.

As an Event Lead, you will oversee staff and operations for large-scale events featuring inflatable bounce houses, carnival rides, interactive games, and concessions
. Events are hosted by cities, churches, HOAs, corporate clients, and private venues. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable event experience for both staff and guests.

• Check-in and supervise event staff
• Ensure staff are in proper uniform and following event guidelines
• Oversee guest safety across all attractions
• Monitor event flow and troubleshoot as needed
• Communicate with clients and event coordinators
• Lead by example with professionalism and safety as top priorities

• Experience managing staff at large events or similar environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Availability on Saturdays and Sundays only
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods

• Starting Pay: $30/hour
• Holiday Bonus: Additional $5/hour on select holidays
• Minimum Pay: 3-hour minimum per event
• Most events range from 3 to 8 hours
