Position: Lymphedema PT (CLT) – Flexible PRN Opportunity

PRN - Lymphedema Physical Therapist - CLT Required

In this highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you' ll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Physical Therapist PRN responsibility is to render professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules process (evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning).

  • Required Certified Lymphedema Therapist
  • Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
  • Current Basic Life Support Certification
  • Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
  • 1 year Licensed PT
  • Communicate clearly and openly

Full-Time Pediatric Physical Therapist

Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for children and young adults. Our teams of compassionate pediatric experts help children with medically complex, developmental, behavioral, educational, or other needs learn the skills they need to thrive. We offer physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy, as well as augmentative and alternative communication.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs, goals, and family priorities
  • Provide direct physical therapy services in the home setting
  • Support skill development related to mobility, strength, balance, coordination, gross motor development, and functional movement
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to support meaningful outcomes
  • Recommend adaptive equipment or assistive devices and train families on proper use in daily routines
  • Partner closely with parents and caregivers to encourage carryover between visits
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, child-centered care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports
What We’re Looking For
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, DPT or equivalent
  • Active Physical Therapy license in Texas
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
  • Home health experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with children and families
  • A compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented approach to care
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, family-centered therapy
