We are seeking an ambitious and patient‑focused Physical Therapist to become the lead clinician at the newest FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers location in Rowlett, TX.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence‑based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and prevention strategies
• Provide exceptional patient‑centered care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal outcomes
• Uphold FYZICAL’s brand standards and clinical excellence

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Passion for patient-centered care and clinic growth
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, balance, or pelvic health
• Interest in business development and community engagement
