Job Overview
As a Sr. Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with core departments, executives, and Business Technology teams across multiple sites. This person will exemplify strong troubleshooting and communication skills and will be comfortable resolving complex end‑user issues as well as leading projects and implementing complex solutions that impact the entire organization. You will need to be intimately familiar with the various SAAS apps owned by our team, such as Jira, Jamf, Okta, and Google Workspace, with an emphasis on Atlassian Jira Service Management administration (configuration, automations, workflows, etc.)
and scripting.
- Own key portions of our Atlassian cloud environment, including setup and management of workflows, automations, sites, projects, etc. within Jira, JSM, and Confluence.
- Lead efforts to refine processes through scripting and other automation tools.
- Assist with administration of our complex Okta environment (experience with Org2
Org is a plus). - Act as technical lead on projects impacting the entire organization.
- Be a point of contact for various SAAS applications owned and managed by the team (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf, etc.).
- Effectively and efficiently communicate project and task status to Business Technology management, as well as set expectations for work completion.
- Provide end‑user technical support and troubleshooting on escalated issues.
- Act as a mentor to more junior members of the team.
- Identify where improvements to systems, infrastructure, automation, and workflows are needed.

- Strong problem‑solving skills
- An eye for finding areas to improve and implement process
- Demonstrated history of project management
- Strong and confident communication across departments and all levels of management
- Familiarity with provisioning tools like Jamf and workflow tools like Okta
- Ability to coach and mentor team members
- 5+ years of experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, JSM, Confluence)
- 3+ years corporate experience with Okta / IAM
- 3+ years corporate experience with Google Workspace
- 3+ years project management experience
- 7+ years corporate experience in technical support
