RN Supervisor – Emergency Department

Shift: Nights, 7 PM - 7 AM

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Education:

Associate's degree in Nursing

Experience:

2 years of Charge RN experience, 5 years of Emergency Department RN experience

Certification/Licensure:
Registered Nurse (RN), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or BLS within 30 days of hire)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the emergency department.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical policies.
• Coordinate patient flow and manage staffing needs.
• Conduct performance evaluations and staff training.
