Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department RN experience
• Active RN license

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage patient care within the Emergency Department, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
• Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support in patient assessment, interventions, and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and facilitate efficient departmental operations.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as necessary.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment, health management, and available resources.
