Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individual patient care plans. Monitor and assess patient conditions, making adjustments to care as necessary. Document patient progress and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record. Educate patients and families on health management and preparation for discharge.
Compliance / Notes: $10,000 sign-on bonus available for external candidates with qualifying experience.
