• Board Certified by the NBCRNA — Required. No exceptions.
• Active Texas APRN license — Required. Must be currently licensed in the state of Texas.
• Minimum 1-2 years of CRNA experience preferred — new graduates with Texas licensure will be considered
• Strong clinical skills across a variety of surgical case types
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative anesthesia team
• Comfortable with flexible self-scheduling
• Commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes

• Cardiac or trauma anesthesia experience
• Experience in a surgical hospital or ambulatory surgery center setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuing education
