Pay:
Base hourly rate with variable compensation plan. Hourly rate and training stipend for the first six months up to $66,560. After training, hourly rate plus commission and bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Within the first 30 days: fully understand the financial side of the business, the sales process, and the benefits of the company’s products. Shadow other sales reps to observe the sales process and customer assessment process. Familiarize with company procedures, documentation, and tasks.
  • Within the first 60 days and ongoing: provide the best possible customer experience through teamwork at the store; prospect new clients weekly using networking and other sales methods; develop sales goals with the store manager/general manager and an action plan for the following 90 days.
  • Within the first 90 days and ongoing: self‑manage performance and ensure monthly sales goals are met with a minimum of 3 van sales per month; establish and maintain client relationships during and after the sales process; fully educate customers about vehicles and mobility products through detailed explanations, demonstrations, and the Feature‑Advantage‑Benefit sales process; maintain detail‑oriented work for proper intakes, financing information, and deal sheets to ensure all parts and equipment are included.
  • Within the first 6 months and ongoing: develop business prospect sheets and ideas, create volume, handle volume; maintain membership and regularly attend events in two or more organizations related to the physically challenged; attend trade shows, expos, and community events; meet individual sales goals.
  • Within the first 12 months and ongoing: become completely independent, make higher‑accountability decisions based on cost/revenue basis, handle higher volume of sales, prospects, and leads; self‑manage performance and ensure monthly sales goals are met with 7+ van sales per month.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in automotive vehicle sales, business development, or medical/health sales.
  • Proficient computer skills working with databases, Word, Outlook, Excel, and other office programs.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record.
  • Experience in mobility sales or knowledge of the needs of various disabilities is highly preferred.
  • Background or experience in automotive, power sports, or equipment dealership setting is a plus.
