As a Mobility Specialist
, you'll combine consultative sales, relationship building, business development, and customer service to help customers find the right mobility solutions for their unique needs. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with backgrounds in automotive sales, medical sales, healthcare sales, account management, retail sales, or business development who are passionate about helping people while achieving outstanding results.

What You'll Do
  • Help customers identify the best wheelchair-accessible vehicles, mobility equipment, and adaptive solutions for their needs.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Deliver vehicle and product demonstrations using a consultative sales approach.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process from initial inquiry through delivery and follow-up.
Business Development & Community Outreach
  • Generate leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals, rehabilitation specialists, veterans' organizations, senior living communities, and local referral sources.
  • Attend trade shows, expos, educational events, and community functions to increase awareness of United Access products and services.
  • Develop new opportunities to grow your territory and customer base.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects, referrals, and customer opportunities.
  • Manage CRM activity and ensure accurate customer and sales documentation.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale.
