Iris Memory Care of Rowlett is seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to lead occupancy growth and help families find compassionate memory care. You will meet with prospective residents and families, present our community, and drive sales to exceed move-in goals.
We value hands-on sales experience in senior living or related fields, a strong network in the Rowlett community, and the ability to manage a large pipeline using our CRM. This is a full-time, in-person role with room for bonus potential.
