About the RoleWe are currently seeking dependable, professional, and highly motivated Level 3 Armed Security Officers to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in protecting people, property, and assets while maintaining a strong security presence and delivering exceptional professionalism.
As a Level 3 Armed Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety, preventing incidents, and responding quickly and effectively in high-responsibility environments.

- Patrol and monitor assigned properties and client locations
- Maintain a visible armed security presence
- Prevent theft, trespassing, vandalism, and unsafe activity
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and disturbances
- Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports
- Control access points and verify credentials
- Enforce company and client policies professionally
- Work closely with management and law enforcement when needed
- Operate assigned security equipment, including body cameras and communication devices
- Active Level 3 Armed Security License (Required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Armed security experience
- Military or law enforcement background
- Patrol, commercial, residential, or event security experience
- CPR / First Aid Certification
