Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Installer who is reliable, detail-oriented, and cares about customer experience as much as installation quality. You’ll be installing new HVAC systems in residential homes alongside a professional install team.
We want someone who takes pride in clean installs, proper airflow, and leaving the customer confident and comfortable.
Responsibilities- Install residential HVAC systems (split systems, furnaces, condensers, air handlers, coils)
- Install ductwork, plenums, and ventilation components
- Ensure installs meet manufacturer specifications and code requirements
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and correctly
- Follow company quality standards and installation procedures
- 2+ years of residential HVAC install experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/heat
- Must be dependable and on time
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in workmanship
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- EPA Certification (preferred but not required)
- Steady, year-round work
