Job Description

Experienced HVAC Technicians needed. Min. 3 yrs experience. Starting @ $20.00 - $25.00 an hour DOE. Must have own tools. Good driving record and be able to pass drug test and background check. Alternating weekends on call. Paid Holiday, Paid Vacation, Health Benefits.

HVAC Technician Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions.
• Replace or repair defective components, such as motors, compressors, and thermostats.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations during installations and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of all services performed and parts used.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their HVAC needs and solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies needed for repairs and installations.

HVAC Technician Requirements.

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in HVAC is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy parts.
• Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
