Lead store staff and supervise the store crew in the absence of management to ensure opening and closing procedures are completed;
Protect and promote CVS customer service culture by assisting customers and handling inquiries and complaints;
Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and signage per weekly promotions and planograms; manage inventory and department resets;
Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience;
Communicate effectively with store management and crews; coordinate activities and follow up on tasks
