Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist; English​/Spanish

Horizons Counseling & Wellness Center is looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to be the first smile our clients see when they walk through our doors.

• Welcome clients with professionalism and kindness
• Answer phones and respond to client inquiries
• Schedule appointments and send reminders
• Check clients in and assist with intake paperwork
• Verify insurance and process payments
• Maintain confidential client records
• Keep the reception area clean and inviting
• Support our therapists with administrative tasks
• Assist with general office projects as needed

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Friendly, positive, and professional
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Reliable and dependable
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about helping others

• Receptionist or customer service experience preferred
• Medical or mental health office experience is a plus—but we'll train the right person!
• High school diploma required
• Background check required

$16–$18/hour (based on experience)
