Cost and Schedule Control Analyst / Principal Cost and Schedule Control Analyst

• Setup, monitor, and control program costs and schedules.
• Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters.
• Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work.
• Incorporate contract changes into control systems.
• Estimate and forecast related activities.
• Perform miscellaneous financial analysis as required.

The position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

This requisition may be filled at either a Cost and Schedule Control Analyst or a Principal Cost and Schedule Control Analyst level.

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years OR a Master’s degree with 0 years professional business, finance, accounting, cost accounting and/or aerospace & defense business‑related experience. Six or more years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tool, business intelligence & analytics tool, project management & planning tool and/or collaboration & integration tools.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years OR a Master’s degree with 3 years professional business, finance, accounting, cost accounting and/or aerospace & defense business‑related experience. Nine or more years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables, V‑look‑up, VBA and/or macros).
• Experience with EVMS software (i.e., SAP, SAP BW, Deltek Cobra, Open Plan, MPM, Acumen One IWO, Primavera P6).
• One or more years of experience with earned value management (EVM) principles and applying earned value techniques in an aerospace & defense environment; an EVM certification will be accepted in lieu of one year of experience.
• Experience managing and analyzing project costs using work breakdown structure (WBS).
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance.

Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 – $98,300.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 – $

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining the base salary offer such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
