Job Title: Principal or Senior Principal Program Control Analyst (Northrop Grumman Defense Systems, Advanced Programs in the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) division, Roy, UT). This position may be filled at a higher level based on qualifications listed below.
Roles and Responsibilities- Setup, monitoring, and controlling program costs and schedules
- Performing analyses and preparing reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters
- Preparing budgets and schedules for contract work
- Incorporating contract changes into control systems
- Estimate completion and forecast related activities
- Performing miscellaneous financial analysis as required
- US Citizenship with an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field with 5 years of related experience; or 3 years with a master's degree; or 9 years of related experience may be accepted with a HS Diploma (Sr. Principal level requires 8 years with a bachelor's; 6 years with a master's; or 12 years with a high school diploma)
- Experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with an ERP tool, Business Intelligence & Analytics tool
- Experience with Project Management & Planning tool and/or Collaboration & Integration tools
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
- Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling
- Working knowledge of S4 and excel skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Experience managing and analyzing project costs using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Experience supporting contracts with EVMS requirements

Work schedule:
9/80 (nine‑hour days Monday through Thursday, alternate Fridays off). Relocation assistance may be offered. Salary range:
Primary Level $81,400.00–$;
Secondary Level $–$. Overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus possible. Yearly bonuses reward contributions. Veterans, disability inclusive. U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.
