Roy Christian Church is seeking a Pastoral Resident to join their team. This opportunity is designed for emerging leaders who are passionate about ministry and eager to grow in pastoral leadership within a local church context.
Located in Roy, Utah, the church is committed to “leading people to life-changing connections with Jesus, His family, and the world,” with a strong emphasis on relational ministry, community engagement, and spiritual growth. The residency provides hands‑on ministry experience, leadership development, and mentorship in a collaborative church environment. Residents will engage in various aspects of church life like discipleship, teaching, and community building while developing practical skills for long‑term ministry impact.
This role is ideal for a young leader who desires to grow spiritually, gain real‑world ministry experience, and contribute to a church focused on connection, growth, and outreach.
