Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking to hire a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst level 2 or 3 to join its team of diverse and qualified individuals. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program in the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) division. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force’s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure.
This position may be filled at a higher level based on the qualifications below.
An Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst to support SDS programs by using EVM principles to analyze, track, and report on project performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
EVM Analysis And Reporting- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data related to project costs, schedules, and performance.
- Prepares and presents comprehensive EVM reports to stakeholders, including variance analysis and forecasts.
- Identifies potential cost and schedule risks, issues, and recommends corrective actions.
- Ensures compliance with industry standards (e.g., ANSI/EIA-748, EVMS) and company procedures.
- Maintains the integrity of the EVMS and ensures its proper implementation.
- Provides guidance and training to project teams on EVM principles and best practices.
- Assists in the development and maintenance of programmatic budgets and financial plans.
- Participates in financial auditing and assessment of completed projects.
- Collaborates with program management, business management, scheduling, and technical teams.
- Experience in subcontractor compliance with EVM requirements which includes the integration of subcontract data into the prime contractor s EVMS and analyzes performance metrics to identify and address potential issues.

- Requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
- Requires a bachelor degree with 2 years of related experience; 1 year with a master degree; or 6 years of related experience may be accepted with a HS Diploma (or equivalent) in lieu of a degree (Principal level requires 5 years of related experience; 3 years with a master degree; or 9 years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree)
