Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking an Human Factors Engineer (T02 level) / Human Factors Principal Engineer (T03 level). This position is located in Huntsville, Alabama or Roy, Utah and supports the Sentinel program. What You'll Get To Do:
The Sentinel program has an exciting opportunity for a User Experience Engineer to join the team supporting activities including use case development, requirements definition / allocation, functional decomposition, interface definition, verification & validation, and requirements traceability. Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:
* Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop supporting UX design artifacts

* Work with both technical teams and stakeholders to develop and mature architecture content of large programs design

* Help develop and incorporate the appropriate requirements for the system and ensure that they are properly represented in the model

* Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (behavioral, structural, analytical)

* Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis

* Develop a digital ecosystem for the government customer The selected candidate will be a member of the UX team supporting the Digital Ecosystem's Digital Engineering Thread. They will interact/communicate with the element and product level teams in the technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and supportability/effectiveness analyses for total systems. Human Factors analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, and test.

Basic Qualifications This requisition may be filled at either the Engineer level (T-02) or Principal Engineer level (T-03). Required for Both Levels:
* Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years

* Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs

* Demonstrated experience utilizing UI/UX design principles

* Demonstrated experience creating wireframes

* Experience in fast-paced work environment and ability to work in a team environment

* Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to segment, program and customer community Engineer (T02 Level):
