This position supports the Sentinel program.

• Lead and direct one or more project teams engaged in the design, implementation and modification of IT projects that span across functional organizations.
• Manage and track status of projects, metrics, financial budgets, and EACs; manage schedules and prepare status reports; and ensure project remediation and ongoing compliance goals are met.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project execution plans, including scope, schedule, resources, risk, and cost baselines.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget and meet technical requirements of the assignment.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and programmatic risks; maintain risk registers and drive corrective actions.
• Adopt a positive attitude about Agile processes, ensure tasks are flowing from one phase to the next, and facilitate the basics of the process (i.e., transparency, project information is current, impediments are being eliminated).
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of customers life‑cycles, standards, and supporting processes and practices.

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related professional work experience or Master's Degree and 3 years of related professional experience.

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related professional work experience, or Master’s degree with 6 years related professional experience.

• Candidates must have the ability to obtain a Secret level clearance as well as the ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government secret clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period, as determined by the company.
• Familiarity with project management tools including Jira, Confluence, Service Now, MS Project, Planisware, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated expertise in end to end project planning, schedule development and cost control (EVM).
• Proven track record of leading multiple, high complexity, concurrent assignments.

• Active DoD Secret security clearance, or higher.
• Experience leading and managing IT related projects in an Agile/SAFe environment.
• Agile or SCRUM certifications.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified.
