Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Mission Assurance Engineer or a Principal Mission Assurance Engineer (can be filled at either level) to support our Roy, Utah Sentinel Team. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

• Support MA functions to ensure mission success
• Conduct technical reviews of Sentinel drawings, SOWs, and requirements documents
• Perform or ensure quality, risk management, safety, reliability, and maintainability of Sentinel achievements
• Assess Sentinel performance and risks, and determine resources to ensure mission assurance
• Assist Program Quality Managers with Sentinel Mission Assurance and Program Management requirements
• Support, develop, implement, and maintain Sentinel Program Quality Plans
• Facilitate Sentinel program FRBs, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Assist in preparing and executing Program Preventive and Corrective Action Boards (PCAB)
• Develop and maintain Sentinel Program Metrics and assist in preparing review packages
• Support Customer Corrective Action Requests and flow down requirements
• Monitor closure of hardware and work on corrective actions with IPT MA & QE teams

This position has a 9/80 work schedule, allowing employees to take every other Friday off.

• Mission Assurance Engineer (T02):
  Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of Quality experience or Master’s degree + 0 years
• Experience with ICBM and quality management systems
• Experience with root cause corrective actions and MRB
• Knowledge of construction quality or quality during construction operations
• US Citizen with active DoD Secret Clearance (investigation within last 6 years)

• Construction quality experience
• Military experience or previous technical experience with ICBM
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience developing Mission Assurance or Quality Assurance plans
• Experience in manufacturing/lab environments

Salary Range: $77,200 - $115,800;
Salary Range 2: $95,300 - $142,900. Actual salary depends on experience and other factors.
