Systems Engineer / Principal Systems Engineer - Supplier Management Support and Requirements Management (Northrop Grumman Defense Systems, Sentinel program).
Location and TravelRoy, UT. Travel:

- Collaborate with the program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) stakeholders to analyze, develop, and decompose supplier statements of work (SSOW) into DOORS requirements.
- Manage and maintain SSOWs in DOORS.
- Work with both technical and non‑technical teams (business, supply chain, and supporting functions) to ensure contractual requirements are correct and complete.
- Support Aerospace Vehicle Equipment (AVE) Supplier Technical Managers (SMT’s) in technical negotiation of SSOWs with suppliers.
- Support AVE Requirements and Verification Team to ensure alignment between SSOW and the program allocated baseline.
- Analyze, develop, and decompose requirements to mature the allocated baseline, support verification planning, including defining verification objectives.
- Key reviewer of supplier deliverables.
- Systems Engineer – Supplier Management Support:
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 2 years of experience; or Master’s degree in STEM discipline. - Principal Systems Engineer – Supplier Management Support:
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with at least 5 years related experience (3 years with Master’s, 1 year with PhD). - Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at the time of application, current and within scope, and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval as required.
- Experience in core systems engineering, including at least one of the following (minimum 1 year for Principal level):
Requirements management/analysis/allocations using DOORS;
Interfaces analysis and interface requirements development;
Technical project management;
Specification writing and traceability analysis;
Development of requirements and interface verification planning.
- Experience in more than one phase of the Systems Engineering V‑Model (requirements, design, analysis, integration, testing, verification, and validation).
- Experience with requirements management in DOORS.
- Experience with ICBM weapons systems.
- Prior work experience with complex system development supporting major aerospace and/or defense programs.
- Experience with Project and Program Management and Control Account Management.
- Experience with formal business correspondence and/or contractual requirements writing and interpretation.
- Knowledge of DFARS and working with specialties engineering disciplines (nuclear surety, cybersecurity).
- Experience with deliverables verification, supplier risk and performance management.

Primary Level: $79,300 – $118,900. Secondary Level: $98,400 – $147,600. (Base salary based on experience, education, skills, and market conditions.)
Work Schedule9/80 schedule: 9‑hour days Monday through Thursday with alternate Fridays off.
