Northrop Grumman's Sentinel Program is looking to add a Systems Engineer / Principal Systems Engineer to support the System Test Team (STT) in Roy, UT. The selected engineer will be responsible for multiple tasks within requirements and verification for STT.
Core Responsibilities- Identify, analyze, review, and refine system‑level requirements in partnership with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and the customer
- Allocate requirements to test teams (lab, ground, flight) and keep Integrated Test Plans/Verification Plans current
- Document verification needs, develop verification artifacts, generate requirement‑verification reports, and manage approval workflows
- Create and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for test tools and facilities
- Collaborate across disciplines—mechanical, software, test, and program management—to gain end‑to‑end insight into the Sentinel missile and Northrop Grumman processes
- Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of experience (T02, Systems Engineer) or 5 years of experience (T03, Principal Systems Engineer), or 3 years of experience with a Master's degree
- Must be a U.S. citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope (
