• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Participate in orientation and training provided on the job.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Maintain accurate money handling, including making correct monetary change.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Essential math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make rapid and accurate movements.

• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Basic computer skills for order entry.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash or performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F or higher in some work areas.
• Sudden changes in temperature in the work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Stand for most tasks; walking surfaces include ceramic tile or linoleum in some food process areas.
• Complete paperwork at a desk or table.
• Lift bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds with dimensions up to 3' × 1.5'. Heavy cases are stacked up to 72" high.
• Carry large cans (up to 3 lb 7 oz) and pizza sauce (up to 30 lb) to storage or front of store.
• Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time (~12 lb per tray) over short distances.
• Push or pull trays on dollies; a stack on a dolly (24"–30") requires up to 7.5 lb of force.
• Briefly navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs or wash walls.
