• Setup, monitoring, and controlling program costs and schedules
• Performing analyses and preparing reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters
• Preparing budgets and schedules for contract work
• Incorporating contracts changes into control systems
• Estimate and completion and forecast related activities
• Performing miscellaneous financial analysis as required

• Requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
• Requires a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting and/or Aerospace and Defense Business-related experience; 1 year with a master's degree; or 6 years of related experience may be accepted with a HS Diploma (or equivalent) in lieu of a degree
• Requires experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Requires experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool, Business Intelligence and Analytics tool, Project Management and Planning tool and/or Collaboration and Integration tools

• Active DoD Secret level security clearance (with the investigation in the past 6 years)
• Working knowledge of S4 and Excel skills
• Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
• Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience managing and analyzing project costs using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Experience supporting contracts with EVMS requirements

This position’s standard work schedule is 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
