Heritage Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare in Roy, UT is seeking a PRN or Part Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation program, supporting geriatric patients on a stable, team-focused care model.
You will provide rehabilitative and ADL-focused interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, apply modalities and therapeutic activities, and monitor patient progress to adjust treatments as required. Licensure is required where applicable.
