Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking to hire a Configuration Analysis Manager 2 in support of the Sentinel Program. This position can be located in Roy, UT. Relocation assistance may be available.

This is a functional home room (FHR) manager position that balances functional oversight and management of a configuration analyst group (typically 8‑12 employees) with technical program work. The candidate will spend approximately 80% of their time on program work and 20% on functional support.

• Lead a team of configuration analysts, leveraging experience in hardware configuration management, change control and board administration, and data management.
• Provide people leadership for the configuration analyst organization, including performance management, career development, staffing, and merit planning.
• Support employee development, inclusion, engagement, mentoring, and skills training.
• Own and direct processes used in the functional group.
• Support staffing and workload forecasting, recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, and performance management.
• Assist the Department Manager with requested functional tasking.

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related configuration and data management experience, OR 6 years of experience with a master's degree, OR an additional 4 years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
