Position

Software Configuration Analyst

Location:

Roy, UT. This position supports the Sentinel program.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and lead meeting agendas, conduct meetings, record meeting minutes, control technical baselines, track configuration status, perform document reviews including classification markings, data rights markings, and formatting, and conduct configuration audits.
  • Develop Data Management products and processes, including experience with Contractor Data Requirement List (CDRL) and Subcontractor Data Requirements List (SDRL) processes.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems by performing research and selecting optimal options without manager guidance.
  • Plan, schedule, and arrange own activities to accomplish objectives.
  • Provide detailed CM/DM subject matter knowledge to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization as a prime contact on assigned contracts or projects.
  • Interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters, often requiring coordination between organizations.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine‑hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Basic Qualifications
  • 2 years with a bachelor’s degree, 1 year with a master’s degree, or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree.
  • U.S. citizenship with an active Secret Security Clearance obtained within the last 6 years and the ability to obtain Special Program Access.
  • Experience with MS Office and Teams.
  • Understanding of systems engineering principles and processes.
  • Understanding of model‑based systems engineering to support processes and life‑cycle phases.
  • Knowledgeable of Configuration and Data Management processes and procedures.
  • Presentation experience with the ability to present to Project and Program Management, other technical managers, and customers.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and change management methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • NG CPLM or Siemens Teamcenter experience.
  • Siemens NX and/or Capital experience.
  • JIRA and SharePoint experience.
  • ICBM weapon systems experience.
  • Familiarity with EIA-649 and/or MIL‑HDBK‑61.
Salary and Compensation

Primary Level Salary Range: $79,300.00 – $. This range is a general guideline; base salary offers may vary based on position scope, responsibilities, and candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and share in company results. Employees in VP or Director positions may be eligible for long‑term incentives. Additional benefits include health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
