Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Staff Supply Chain Procurement Specialist . This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. What You'll Get To Do:
• Obtains, organizes and standardizes key GP information for meetings and reporting, and supports the GP Director in meetings

• Assists GP leadership in cross functional coordination between key Engineering, Logistics, Mission Assurance, Quality, Program, and Supply Chain stakeholders

• Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems, and provides guidance and expertise to GP leadership to create and implement improvements

• Assists in aligning consistent processes and tasks between the Subcontracts and General Procurement organizations

• Accurately builds/presents executive-level leadership briefings focused on project status and path to completion

• Assists the GP Director in creating, facilitating, and providing training to key program, engineering, and GSC personnel

• Establishes priorities with the GP leadership and teams

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 12 years or a Master's degree with minimum of 10 years of professional experience in supply chain management, business and financial planning, contracts administration, project management, logistics, manufacturing or a closely related field. Four additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree

* Experience with SAP or similar ERP system

* Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance

* 5 years of prior experience in Supply Chain roles in aerospace, defense, or a highly regulated manufacturing environment These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
* Experience in the procurement process, including but not limited to price analysis, negotiations, NG policies and procedures, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)

* Experience in managing suppliers, internal customers, and requestors through the procurement process

* Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance

* Demonstrated ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization and with outside organizations

* Executive presence and comfort in communications at that level

* Demonstrated experience using SAP, Windows software packages, and other electronic databases

* Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, and management experience
